This page explains what this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and who else sees it. It is written plainly on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the application form. That is your name, work email, company, role, industry, location count, seller count, and whatever you write in the free-text field.
There is no analytics package on this site, no advertising pixel, no chat widget, and no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. The pages set no cookies and no browser storage of any kind.
What your web host records
Like every website, this one runs on a server that keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type. These are generated by the hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], for security and troubleshooting, and are retained according to their policy rather than ours.
Why we collect it
- To assess whether an engagement is a fit
- To reply to your application
- To keep a record of who we have spoken with and what was discussed
That is the complete list. Applications are not used to build a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through [FORM PROVIDER], which processes and forwards the message. Email is handled by [EMAIL PROVIDER]. Both are service providers acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add applicants to a mailing list. No referral fees are paid or received in either direction, so there is no commercial incentive to pass your details to anyone.
Client financial records
Nothing of that kind is submitted through this website. Where an engagement proceeds, financial documents are exchanged under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, held in an access-controlled workspace, used only for the engagement that produced them, shared only with a specialist you have approved in advance, and destroyed or returned at your instruction on completion. Those terms live in the engagement letter, not here.
How long it is kept
Applications that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after [12] months. Records relating to an engagement are retained for [7] years, or longer where professional or tax obligations require it.
Your choices
Write to hello@thriving-partners.com and you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national law — ask and we will tell you how we handle them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the principal and, where relevant, a named specialist under contract. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold payment card details or government identifiers at any point.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Substantive changes will be flagged to anyone with an active engagement.
