Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, investment or employment advice. Discussion of chargeback reconciliation, revenue recognition, commission deductions or lease terms is general commentary, not advice on your situation. Where an engagement surfaces a question of law or accounting treatment, you will be told to take it to qualified counsel or your accountant — that referral is part of the work, not a substitute for it.

Reading these pages, downloading material, or submitting the application form does not create a professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship. That begins only when an engagement letter is signed by both parties.

Submitting an application is not an offer we are obliged to accept, and acceptance is at our discretion. Applications are declined regularly, including where an engagement would be unlikely to recover its own cost. Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Any figures published here are illustrative of method rather than predictive of result. Where a finding is smaller than the fee that produced it, you will be told so in writing.
Confidentiality
Do not send confidential financial records through this website. The application form is not a secure channel for that material. Financial documents are exchanged only after a mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place, by an agreed method.
